Ah… another sweet newborn babe. Just as all newborns are, he is beautiful and simply looking at this little guy
takes my breath away.

I was waiting for the right time to share this recent session and thought today, June 30th, would be perfect. Why June 30th? Today, Eclipse, the lastest movie in the Twilight Saga opened in theaters and it’s a perfect fit when the newborn being feautured is named Cullen. Yes, he is named after Edward Cullen from Twilight! Look at his beautiful head
of brown hair… he is already showing some resemblance!

Team Edward…. Team Jacob… I think this little guy already has a team of his own, Team Cullen!

Like a true “Twi-hard”, I camped out for four hours last night until midnight to be part of Eclipse’s 30-million-dollar making midnight release. Crazy, but it was fun! If you have an IMAX theater near you, watch it in IMAX… IT WAS AWESOME. Eclipse is definitely the best of the movies in the saga so far and I cannot wait to watch it again. Novmber 18, 2011 is aleady marked on my calendar… the first part of Breaking Dawn’s release date!! Eeeek!

This little babe was five days new when we met for her session this past weekend. Five days old is a wonderful age for a newborn session, especially for those sweet and dreamy newborn shots. She looks so angelic and peaceful… perfect in every way.

I love capturing tiny newborn details. Those gorgeous lashes (a gift from her Daddy) are already being noticed!

It’s no surprise that Baby K is quickly becoming the princess of her mommy and daddy’s hearts and they adore her so.
It’s easy to see why.

The beautiful mama-to-be is my wonderful friend Carolyn (who also happens to be an amazing children’s portrait photographer in the Cincinnati area). I am so happy that I had the opportunity to photograph her and her growing belly. She is expecting her third baby… and third girl in August! I totally see her as a mommy to three girls, wearing the cutest clothes and accessories to match, playing dress up and having fairy tea parties.

I just love how radiant and glowing Carolyn is in these images. Pregnancy definitely suits her well, but the truth is, she’s just radiant and glowing – period. She has a beautiful heart and an amazing smile that matches it.
